The encouragement of friends propelled me to entwine my two loves, yoga & food, which resulted in unique classes feeding the spirit and soul!
After years teaching a Chinese art form and an “on and off” yoga practice, feeling unfulfilled, friends encouraged a deeper commitment with an incredible yoga training line up.
My spirit soared and a renewed love of yoga evolved. A devotion to helping others find the passion and joy of a multi-layered yoga practice soon developed.
An explosion of ideas for nourishing the spirit evolved with emphasis on relaxing, and enjoyment joined with delicious food.
