Function Room Rentals

We have three Function Rooms available for rent to the general public as well as our Members.  Members are offered a discounted rate, so if you aren't a Member yet it might be worth it to join before booking your event!

Rice Hall

Our upstairs function hall has the capacity to hold up to 200 people.  There is a separate bar area, a dance floor and a stage for your function. Catering is available upon request or we can refer you to area caterers.  

 

Cost:  $600 for up to 5 hours, including one bartender

 

Security Deposit:  $250, refundable after the function (subject to terms of rental agreement)

 

Terms:  $200 downpayment, balance due 60 days prior to function date.

Halloran Hall

Our downstairs function room is perfect for smaller gatherings and holds up to 70 people.  There is a bar and a hardwood floor great for dancing.  Catering is available upon request or we can refer you to area caterers.

 

Cost:  $300 for up to 5 hours, including one bartender

 

Security Deposit:  $200, refundable after the function (subject to terms of rental agreement)

 

Terms:  $100 downpayment, balance due 60 days prior to function date. 

Dinning Hall

Our second downstairs function room is great for small gatherings or meetings.  There is no bar in this space but bar service can be arranged if requested.  

 

Pricing is flexible, depending on your event and the number of people.

FREE PARKING IN OUR LOT, ON-STREET PARKING AND PARKING GARAGE THAT IS FREE ON NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS.
